Amazing hotel, good area, clean, close to everything

Good morning my name is Stacy C I didn't like anything there was a roach in the sink as I was brushing my teeth the hotel lobby smell like s*** unbearable smell like a dead body could possibly be in there it was unbearable smell the room was nasty the pillowcases were yellow it was a horrible experience the chair at the pool collapse while I was in it because of defective furniture from the pool made my life a living hell

I didn't like the fact that the owner asked me to leave after I complain about the fall at the pool due to the fact that they defective as furniture collapse when I said any they were rude and I have plenty pictures to support my documents

Best hotel in Arlington!

Initially I liked the price being so cheap. But now I know you get what you pay for.

Very unkind staff. Blow dryer didn't work and staff couldn't fix it or replace it. Could hear neighbors opening and closing doors all night. I requested a late check out: noon. But they banged loudly on my door at 11:05 demanding I leave. Very unkind.
