Mandala Spa and Resort Villas

The team at Mandala was exceptional! Great hospitality! The spa services are the best we’ve had in the Philippines.

The property is a bit dated and needs some repairs however, it would not prevent us from coming back.

Lots of beauty and character

Breakfast was good, fresh mango juice was amazing. All staff extremely attentive and welcoming. We had a fabulous stay at the villa overlooking woods and the sea.

Sometimes the hot water didn't work but imagine that was caused by the power cuts so not the hotels fault!

The room is very big, great food, for the breakfast you should chose from the manu one dish.

In our rooms was a geko, wich is fine, i know they don't do nothing, the run when the saw us.. but these one make some noise all the night, like a scream..

Big challet, nice bathroom, nice garden, good breakfast.

Distance to the beach and the road to the beach. Is not a resort direct problem but impact the holiday. No beach chairs in proximity, only at 3 km away.

Mandala Hotel excelled in terms of staff service. The team was highly efficient, detail-oriented, helpful, and courteous. The location is great if you want to be a bit away from the buzz of Station 3 and White Beach.

However, the experience was not without its drawbacks. Roosters from nearby houses crowed throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. We also encountered a couple of roaches in the room—understandable given the hotel’s location in the middle of a forest, but still worth noting. The room’s curtains let in a significant amount of light, so blackout curtains would be a great improvement, especially for light-sensitive sleepers. Additionally, the bidet tap was stuck and difficult to turn off, and the bathtub had an unusual drainage system—a metal stick with three holes that caused water to spill outside the tub, rendering it unusable. One of the chairs on the balcony also had a broken leg. As for the Prana Restaurant, it was underwhelming. We had much better meals outside the hotel, and the breakfast was quite limited, offering only one drink and a single dish choice from a small selection.
