Mandala Spa and Resort Villas

A truly exceptional stay! The villa was spacious and beautifully designed, with intricate details, a large bed, and an outdoor shower. The Romantic Spa Journey package was incredible, making our stay feel like a dream. The staff was warm and extremely helpful, assisting with reservations, scooter rentals, and transfers, all of which went smoothly. Breakfast was not a buffet, but the à la carte options were delicious and well-presented. This is the perfect place to relax and escape the busy tourist crowds of Boracay while still being close to the ferry port and a short walk or e-trike ride from Station 2.

Before our arrival, the hotel attempted to cancel our booking, stating that the Black Friday deal we booked was too low due to a pricing error. They initially requested double the price or offered free cancellation, which we did not accept. After several emails, they finally honored the original booking. Additionally, there was no hot water in the room, and the hotel does not have a pool, though their focus is more on spa and relaxation services.

The location is quite perfect, the beach is just nearby and it's the end of station 3 so it's not overly crowded. Without staying at this hotel, I wouldn't be able to find this beach. It's very convenient. Also, the resort greenery is very relaxing every time we enter. Despite the noisy crowd outside, everytime we step back to the hotel, it's a completely different experience

This resort is extremely dated. While it may have been appealing when it first opened, two decades of neglect are evident. The bathroom was in disrepair; the shower didn't function, and the toilet required multiple flushes. The lighting throughout the resort was dim, making it difficult to see. The bed, though soft, was clearly old and the sheets were uncomfortable. We both experienced back pain every night of our seven-night stay. I was relieved to finally return home and sleep in my own bed. The resort's restaurant was equally disappointing. The food was almost inedible. My partner became ill during our stay, and after a single, disastrous attempt at room service, I was forced to go out every night to find food. The Pad Thai was particularly awful—a congealed, sour mess that I couldn't even swallow. The pumpkin soup was plain, nothing to taste. While I didn't have high expectations for hotel room service, the quality was far below acceptable standards.

The floor room is not clean. Looks like they didn't swept the floor. Expensive.

Mandala staff go above and beyond! They are truly the highlight of a stay here. So helpful and kind. All the little things are taken care of without you having to ask. Airport transfer - done. Room cleaned while having your spa service - done. The spa is also really nice and super relaxing. I highly encourage anyone staying here to take advantage of the spa. In loud, busy Boracay, Mandala is a small piece of quiet and tranquility.

This was such a treat! The property is so beautiful and the staff was really friendly. We got the Mandala Signature Massage which was amazing and then the Asian Floral bath in our villa which was so blissful. The dinner and breakfast at the restaurant were also really good.

The room and toilet is beautiful, in the middle of the nature and 5 min walking from the white beach. The beach close was almost without people making it perfect

The room is in the middle of the nature, so expect some bugs if you leave the windows open.

Great location with serene surroundings, Superfriendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast at the restaurant onsite was very good although a bit pricy.

Although it said it is a newly renovated villa the interior was outdated and the AC very noisy. Some of the spa programs were not available and those who were, are quite expensive. The noise from the nearby karaoke bar was quite disturbing.
