Cleaning of the bathroom. More courteous and will to fix issues, desk clerk .

Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Would stay there again.

Breakfast lady was very accommodating. Check in gal with purple hair, very accommodating.

Dirty. Water went out for 12 hours. Staff didn’t know how to handle it.

The room waa massive and very clean. I loved the furniture too. I had good nights sleep

This was the best Holiday Inn we have stayed at in quite some time. The front desk staff were awesome! We came to town for our son’s graduation from Fort Sill. We were super early and they were able to accommodate us. Fully expected them to say sorry to early but that was not the case. The breakfast was hands down the best we have had at a hotel. Also had to buy new cloths for our son due to him losing weight in basic and the front desk was able to help me put new holes in his belt. It’s the little things that make the trip great. Always greeted you and always said have a nice day. Keep up the great work!

Hospitality was absolutely great especially the staff that takes care of the breakfast. The room was not clean and the towels and washcloths were not clean and had a damp smell to them. The lady at the front desk the night we arrived was rude and didn’t have an answer for any questions we asked.

I’m shocked that there’s any good reviews! This place was filthy from the moment we walked in, mop buckets in the front door and lobby for leaking and drips from the ceiling. It smelled like cigarettes and cat pee. The first room we were put the ceiling looked like it was going to fall in and was covered in mold, stains all over the carpet and walls. I washed my hands as soon as I got in and when I dried them on the towel my hands were covered in hair! It didn’t look like it had been cleaned. There was a dirty tissue next to the couch. We called the front desk and requested a new room, Gina said she would come to our room and look at it?! It was 12am and I had my young children with me. I called back and let her know we would come to the lobby because we wouldn’t stay in a room with mold like this. She hung up on me! When we got back down to the lobby she glared at me and treated me like she was the one that cleaned the room and I offended her or something. The next room she put us was in was also VISIBLY dirty, however there wasn’t mold and by this time it was 1am so we agreed to stay. The next morning we immediately checked out even tho we were supposed to stay two nights. Honestly, Gina made me feel unsafe and the whole thing was creepy! Please see photos.

I liked everything: the quiet, the security, and the facilities. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel was super clean.

Super clean, comfortable, staff was awesome. Would Definitely go back and stay again
