Clean, friendly staff and good breakfast

Everything! The staff was amazing, answered all my questions, and they were super nice. LOVED my room. It was so cold and cozy, just the way I like it. The breakfast had so many variety of foods and drinks. It was super yummy. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub the most so we could wind down and relax after a busy day of fishing, shopping, and celebrating the 4th of July.

Room was clean and staff was professional and helpful.

The suit I had was clean but old and not clean. The seals in the bathroom were old and kinda moldy and deteriorating. The bathroom fan didn’t work. Bed was

They accommodated my family last minute.

There was mold everywhere. As soon as you walk in the front doors you see mold everywhere. The smell was bad. It felt stuffy. The floors were dirty. The blankets had hair all over them. When we asked for extra blankets it was dirty. We asked for another they said they didn’t have anymore big ones. Was given a thin small blanket for the size a child could use. Came downstairs to go to gym and overheard the front desk lady telling another customer she would get them a big blanket but don’t tell anyone she has them. Took my children to the pool and ever time we went there were a group of about 8 adults blasting profanity music and drinking alcohol inside the hot tub in which they stayed in the whole time so no one else could use it. The whole stay I was there. 2-3hrs in hot tub. The tables in pool area were filled with food crumbs as if they don’t get cleaned. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to even a person I didn’t like.
