Location was nice, staff friendly.

Had to walk outside to get in the pub for breakfast and meals. Spoke to a member of staff when we arrived because the room was freezing cool, he said it's on a timer and we have to wait until a certain time before heat would become available.

Great location, has what is needed. Staff really lovely and food fabulous.

Room was spacious and good price, pub downstairs was nice

Impossible to get a taxi from here. Our room constantly stunk like the food from the kitchen. Not that much parking. Could really hear the room next door in our bathroom, it was like we were literally in their room.

The breakfast was superb The quiet country location meant an great nights sleep in a comfy bed. A clean, hot shower was welcome. The added bonus of live music the night we arrived was a great surprise. Lovely setting, within reach of the beautiful Broads.

The food was excellent although the breakfast should be included in the price. The notice on pub wall states bed and breakfast. I had to pay extra. The staff were helpful and courteous, bathroom excellent, bed etc. most comfortable. The actual room needs updating and decorating. Unfortunate part was having to exit pub and walk round back of building to access rooms after mounting 15 steps, and back again to the restaurant. I would give total experience 6-7 out of 10. If in the area would probably stay there again.
