Prentiss House by Thatch

The house and room were very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Communication with the staff was easy and quick. Instructions for access, parking and check-in/out were thorough and easy to follow.

I loved that it felt secured, secluded, cozy, and all exceeded expectations!!

Loved the house - very charming. Also appreciated the lounge areas - both inside and out. We rented 3 rooms for our 4 family members and it was lovely to socialize in the lounge spaces- coffee in the morning, and a glass of wine in the evening. The coffee was good. This was our second time staying at the Prentiss House and we will stay again.

I was pleasantly surprised! It was really charming, the garden units are very large, with thoughtful and surprising amenities - the spa in particular was a delightful surprise. It’s really close to a cute restaurant and even cuter wine bar, and plenty of great coffee shops.

It might be useful to have a sign about quiet hours - the doors to the garden apartments are not at all soundproof and a few guests spent quite a fair time in the outdoor common spaces after 10pm which was basically right outside my door. Or maybe a white noise machine or some earplugs would be great. Otherwise a delightful stay

no real way to get any fresh air into your room. at least in our room (18) there were no windows that one could open for some fresh air during the day or at night
