Booked 2 nights, left after 1. Room was awful, floor was filthy, room smelt like mould, long dark hairs on the bed, blood stain on the pillow, literal bed bugs. Only reason I gave a 2/10 instead of 1/10 is because the man on reception was lovely.

Nothing was provided even it said free airport shuttle but they didn’t provide it and the person was very rude on the phone. Kind of worst experience. Next time I will not be using booking.com.

Absolutely nothing other than being close to the airport.

EVERYTHING! Beds are uncomfortable. Room was dirty. You can hear everything from people talking in the other rooms to the wind blowing outside.

Elevator out of order, top floor/under roof accommodation, very hot in summer, noisy air conditioning and barely sufficient to keep the room cool enough.
