"Habe kein Flughafentransfer und kein Zimmer bekommen"

Ich habe weder Flughafenshuttle noch das Zimmer bekommen. Auf meine Anrufe vom Flughafen aus, bekam ich keine Antwort. Auch auf meine Fragen im Chat über booking.com keine Antwort bezüglich des Flughafentransfers. Obwohl das Geld zu Booking.com überwiesen wurde und mein Zimmer nicht als strorniert war, meinte die Unterkunft, dass sie es storniert hätten, weil sie das Geld von meinem Konto nicht einziehen konnten. Dabei hatte ich nach diesem Fehlversuch direkt selbst über booking.com das Geld überwiesen. Ich musste dann vor Ort noch ein Zimmer zu einem höherem Preis buchen. Bucht woanders, direkt daneben ist noch ein Hotel für 10$ mehr, mit Flughafentransfer, der auch funktioniert. Habe 25$ zusätzlich verloren durch Taxi. Das Zimmer hatte statt einem King size Bett, zwei Einzelbetten. Aber ich war schon zu K.O. um noch mal runter zu gehen und mit diesen Leuten dort zu sprechen, die sehr betrügerisch sind. Das Personal der Inder dort und der Manager sehr unfreundlich und erzählen nur Blödsinn, anstatt mir einfach mein Zimmer oder das Geld zurück zu senden, welches sie ja jetzt eindeutig auf derren Konto haben. Sie antworten mir nicht einmal.
