Very friendly and helpful staff Room was clean Bed was very comfortable

Parking was a little hard when the place is full .

The pool

The room or the parking and it’s not private parking but when other block car parking for there cars thats not right and not having face washers or plates bowls knife forks or spoons and when they come in and tidy up the room why leave the dirty laundry in the room when you leave clean laundry

Receptionist was unfriendly and had 2 squealing screaming toddler's wIth her in reception. Location is very noisy. Bed only had 2 pillows and reception had to locate more.

It was a perfect location and within walking distance to the event we attended in the CBD and close to great pubs, shops and restaurants. Undercover parking for the motorbike was a bonus. The room was clean as was the linen. Good value for money,

The room looked tired and it probably needed a new mattress and some maintenance but didn't seem too important considering it's location, value for money and the great holiday we had.
