We were in room 12A. We arrived after check in was closed and unfortunately had room 12A. The noise in this room from outside the bathroom window. Which cannot be closed out as it has a mesh panel that nothing covers was unbearable. No one slept the whole night due to it and packed up and left by 6.30 am the next morning. Not to mention the black out curtain that has most of the “blackout” missing on one half of the curtain that let ALL the light into the room. The worst night sleep ever sorry. We will not book again ever!!
