"They will cancel your room with no warning"

The hotel was overbooked, so they canceled my in-laws booking while they were in the air on the way here. There's literally nowhere to stay now. These are senior citizens. The man at the front desk was extremely rude on the phone. I don't understand how you can just do this to people. There's literally nowhere around here for anyone to stay right now, we're strongly considering pitching a tent in front of the hotel.

The location was good

The bedding looked like it wasn't washed. The towels were dingy. The shower handle fell off, the shower door wouldn't open on one end. Never again
