Staff was friendly and helpful.

TV was not programed. We were unable to watch TV.

It was very comfortable and staff were very nice

Once I arrived and they noticed I was handicapped and that particular room wasn't available at that time with my stay being 4 days in length the accomodations weren't altered in any way to assist me.

My wife and I had a very good stay and felt very safe. The breakfast was good, we didn't expect a free meal with waffles and eggs and sausage. We would stay again at the great price we payed.

The fire alarm was set off about 10 times around 130-2 am! Flashing lights out my window multiple times throughout the night. The bed had body spots you sank in. Very uncomfortable

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your property. The experience was extremely disappointing and fell well below any reasonable hospitality standard. The hotel appears to operate on extreme cost-cutting measures that directly impact guest comfort. Breakfast portions were embarrassingly small, with sausage and eggs cut into tiny pieces as if rationed. To make matters worse, I was told by the front desk that I was only allowed to use one coffee cup after taking two, which felt petty, unwelcoming, and unprofessional. The room itself was equally unacceptable. The furniture was old and worn down, including a visibly deteriorated chair, and the room was not soundproof at all. Noise from outside and neighboring rooms made it very difficult to rest or sleep.
