"Hotel feels old and tired, and in need of a big update."

Not very clean. Upon walking into the room, I immediately smelled mildew coming from the shower curtain. Elevator was dirty. The property needs to be kept clean and needs to be updated. The exterior photo Booking.,com has the property is not the actual property. It’s looks to be a picture of a property that is brand new.

Good location close to the interstate. The last-minute price was good. Large room. Good coffee.

Breakfast. It was average at best. No yogurt. No fresh fruit other than an apple. It must have been a slow day. The clerk didn't offer much info. I was told what floor I was on but no directions to find the elevator, which was down the hall, not in the lobby. I figured out on my own that it was better to park around the other side of the building where I was closer to the elevator. The entrance door said to use my key to enter, but there was no locked door at 10 pm and no keypad. No offer of breakfast times. No info about wifi. No offer of directions to the pool. I saw all the signage, but it's little things that mean I don't have to figure it all out on my own. Customer service could improve.
