"Great night sleep on our road trip"

The room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. Check in was easy and the location was great for our trip. We appreciate free breakfast and parking! The area was safe.

The workout room was so hot and the treadmill was squeaky. I’m sure that’s not what people go to this hotel for the gym but having a place to get some exercise after a long drive is nice.

nice decor and layout, didn't feel cheap or outdated; better breakfast than most places; fast check in

more fresh fruit at breakfast would be better. bed was comforable... but almost too firm

The Springhill suites Des Moines West was an easy location to get to off of the interstate. The facilities were great, we felt safe there , and the staff was wonderful! The beds were comfy, and the breakfast was yummy. The staff was so great that they found my missing sandal and held onto it for several days until we made our trip back through the area to pick up my sandal. :-)
