Regency Hotel - Moreno Valley

The manager Drew went above and beyond to help me thru a very difficult time he was so truly kind and helpful.

Remote control was hard to use on TV.. TV channels were not a great selection

The worker was very nice

Room smelled like cat pee, there was a roach in the room. There was people smoking outside , being loud. When you washed your hands, there was a strong odor coming from the sink, like sewage.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. I made a reservation and when I went to check in, the receptionist asked for twice the amount. He said that he absolutely did not accept the fee in the app and that it was not his problem. He said that the fee was paid through the app and that the fee was low. He said that he could not enter the hotel without paying this fee. He only accepts cash. In other words, he is scamming everyone.

Really does not too much to tell only stay there a few days and a few days I stayed there and I have no problem staff in the front pretty nice and conversation you know no bad vibes

We’ve been here before. We liked it each time. Nothing fancy but clean and a good value. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. We’ll stay there again!
