Hotel Villa Stanley

엘레베이터 덜컹거려서 걸어다녔는데 계단 높고 에어컨 더러워요 욕실은 그럭저럭 카페트 다 치움 좋겠어요 더러워서 수영장은 괜찮은데 모기 8방 물렸어요. 방역 하셔야 할 듯 키는 정말 키모양인 것으로 줘요 전자아님... 아침식사 먹을게 없어서...

AC didn't work in either of 2 the rooms we reserved, and it was over 100 degrees outside. They moved us to 2 different rooms when we pointed it out. In one room the AC worked better, but it didn't work in ours, they said they didn't have any other rooms. It was miserable! Especially the bathroom, my makeup melted in there. They overcharged us for one of the rooms and then said they didn't know how to fix it, when I asked for a manager she said there wasn't one. We can't seem to get the bill corrected now, even Expedia is trying for us. There was no place to get any food when we got there in the afternoon, not until 7:30PM when the restaurant opened for dinner. They closed the beautiful pool at 7:30 too, we only found that out when we tried to go down there for a swim after dinner and the gate was locked. Also, there was no way to get any coffee before 7:00 in the morning. Since I couldn't sleep I was up early walking around outside where it was cooler and all I wanted was a cup of coffee. All the people at the front desk were so unfriendly, so unhelpful. We originally had reservations at a different hotel (AC Firenze) to begin with but changed it so we would be closer to the airport. BIG mistake! And it cost us 34 Euros to get to the airport, our friends who did stay at the AC Firenze, miles further away, only paid 22 Euros for the airport ride. On the Stanley's website it said they had minibars in every room, and room service, there was neither of those things.

피렌체 북쪽 외곽에 위치해 있습니다. ZTL 밖이라 주차 걱정할 필요없고 주차장도 커 여유있습니다. 다음날 미켈란젤로 광장부터 관광하고 구도심 ZTL 밖에 주차하고 관광하면 됩니다. 방도 크고 층고도 높아 편하게 쉬었습니다. 중정도 있네요.

IN CAMERA NON FUNZIONAVA IL TELEVISORE; HO PROVATO A CHIAMARE LA RECEPTION E ANCHE IL TELEFONO ERA SCOLLEGATO. LA PORTA DELLA DOCCIA ERA BLOCCATA, SEMPRE APERTA. FACEVA CALDO E DURANTE LA NOTTE MI E' VENUTA SETE, HO APERTO IL FRIGO BAR ED ERA VUOTO. COME 4 STELLE LASCIA MOLTO A DESIDERARE.

Pleasant hotel and beautiful garden. Very helpful and friendly staff. Like to stay next time.

Et utrolig opphold på en gammel plass. Helt vidunderlig.

Très joli hôtel dans le cadre de Florence. Nous sommes venus en hiver, mais je reviendrai en été pour profiter du jardin et activités estivales. A 20 minutes de Florence en bus. Très bien situé. Le petit déjeuner était bien et le café parfait.

Gute Lage außerhalb von Florenz, sehr gut mit Bus zu erreichen. Man fühlt sich in die Zeit der Medici zurückversetzt.
