Everything from location to service is very good in this hotel! All services offered by the concierge team makess your stay pleasant. Pool service, restaurant is amazing! The entire hotel decoration is stunning, makes you feel you are in a movie

Beautiful hotel, very unique decor! Great location.

There was definitely not enough light in the rooms, and especially the bathrooms! Service at breakfast was always incredibly slow.

L'hotel si trova a 7 minuti a piedi dalla piazzetta centrale di Capri. La colazione viene servita fino alle 11:30, in terrazza con vista parziale sul mare.

Il personale addetto alla colazione è largamente insufficiente: il servizio è lento ed approssimativo, il buffet non viene riapprovvigionato e capita di ricevere risposte seccate alla semplice richiesta di un caffè. Durante il soggiorno il mio zaino, che avevo lasciato in camera col mio portafoglio e i miei documenti al suo interno, è stato aperto e frugato dal personale addetto alla pulizia; episodio a fronte del quale la direzione si è scusata e mi ha offerto un pranzo ed il transfer fino al molo, senza tuttavia dare ulteriore seguito alla cosa.
