"Simply Faultless"

The hotel is beautifully decorated inside, with superb attention to detail. Our room was large and the bed comfortable. The air conditioning was very quiet! The service throughout our stay was faultless from all the staff - nothing was too much trouble and all had smiles. The concierge was excellent arranging us a boat trip, ferry tickets and priority passes for the cable car.

Nothing - we would not hesitate to go back.

The property is beautiful the location perfect

The breakfast staff were terribly unorganized coffee wasn’t offered or menus. Everyone had to keep asking where their food was or coffee. The manager of the restaurant was very rushed. Also the rooms aren’t sound proof we listened to the guests next to us each night till midnight talking loudly. And worst of all please lock up any valuables money etc do not leave your purse or bag in the rooms we got money stolen and one credit card from room. Very very disappointing.
