Le très bon emplacement sans avoir le bruit fort de la rue passante. Le personnel qui nous a donné des indications pour des adresses. Le parking.

Le petit déjeuner inclus est assez ridicule. Très peu de choix, beaucoup de produits industriels. Les céréales étaient devenues molles. Les indications du règlement que l'on signe qui nous dit qu'on a accès aux équipements au barbecue mais en fait non pas l'équipement depuis 3 mois...

מיקום מעולה. קרוב לרחוב הראשי ומצד שני שקט . החדר היה גדול ומרווח וזרם המים במקלחת היה מעולה. הצוות במקום היה תמיד לבבי ונותן מענה לשאלות והמלצות.

ארוחת הבוקר היתה מאד דלה . לא היתה אפילו מכונת קפה אספרסו

We love Acanto. The Staff are super friendly and helpful. Plenty available to eat for light breakfast. Beach towels available upon request as well as discounts to local excursions, bars, massages.

Las habitaciones lindas y muy buena ubicación

El desayuno es lo peor que he visto, solo habian 2 frutas, cereales dulces, cafe, pan, un tipo de queso y huevo hervido. Comi solo un dia en el hotel y tuve que salir a desayunar de nuevo. Se suponia que arreglaban las camas, pero nunca entraron a hacer la cama ni limpiar las piezas. El olor a sargazo estuvo atroz (no culpa del hotel) p ro termino haciendo todo muy desagradable.

Tout était très bien! À l’exception qu’un gérant nous a volé $200USD dans le coffre-fort! Seul un gérant pouvais voler avec le module de programmation. Il a accusé les femmes de chambres mais elles n’ont aucune possibilité de voler dans le coffre. J’aurais aimé obtenir une compensation mais rien n’a été offert car ceci aurait confirmé la responsabilité du gérant!

We loved the way it looked and we LOVED the staff! The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool almost every day.

We struggled with the smell of the sargassum sea weed that was on the shores. This was the only issue and it was out of the hotel’s control.

The initial room we were given when we checked in late in the day, wasn't great. It was rather small, felt unkept and the bathroom had water pressure issues. When we brought up the issues to the management, they were happy to make the switch the next day and gave us the free upgrade to a suite. Which was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Laura- one of the manager was very accomodating and all the hotel staffs were helpful and friendly. Acanto felt like home during our stay!
