Nice look, tasty food, beautiful plants around, in the middle of the rainforest, spa treatments

It can be noisy at night from neighbours and air-conditioners

Everything about the explode was excellent . The staff were incredibly friendly , helpful and professional, we had a slight issue on going to the room and the code wouldn’t work . The staff member sorted it out but gave us complimentary drinks for the inconvenience . The same member was very helpful in telling us places of interest and booked us into a river cruise . The food was incredible , top level . The Barramundi was cooked perfectly and the duck duo was amazing . The Octopus starter and Kangaroo Tartare were stunning . Breakfast , freshly cooked was also excellent . Rooms were really good and the setting in the rainforest was spectacular, just make sure you pack really good bug spray . Definitely worth the trip there

Their staff and hospitality are outstanding. Jody went above and beyond to welcome us, and Julia, Maggie, and Phalum provided outstanding service in the dining area. Julia also was very helpful with a maintenance issue on our door. We stayed in 10 different locations during our 28-day Australia trip and by far, this location provided the best hospitality and atmosphere.

The location is absolutely stunning and the whole place had such a relaxing atmosphere — exactly what we needed. The staff were incredible and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. On top of that, the food was outstanding and we can’t recommend it enough. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful experience and accommodation, the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable of facilities and recommendations to visit local attractions. The restaurant was very nice and food excellent, to eat on the deck amongst the rainforest environment was a great experience. The Ecco pod accommodation was just great and worth the expense to experience it all, if you ever here go the extra mile and experience this , highly recommended

Das extrem freundliche Personal, die traumhafte Lage im Regenwald, das wunderschöne Ambiente im Restaurant. Sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen wurden auf Sterneniveau zubereitet und angerichtet. Man sitzt auf der Terrasse über einem Teich, in dem sich Schildkröten und Frösche tummeln. Abends hängen in den Bäumen große Flying Foxes (Fledermäuse) und zanken sich lautstark um ihre Nahrung. Romantik pur! Das Restaurant ist - im Gegensatz zu den Zimmern - nicht mit Insektenschutz versehen. Wir waren daher wirklich extrem positiv überrascht, dass wir nicht von Mücken gestochen wurden.

This place is amazing. The location is wonderful, set in the rainforest away from everything else but still so easy to access. We stayed in a Rainforest Villa near the creek so had the sound of water and the forest to sleep to which was great. The room was fantastic with everything you need. There is AC if needed but we preferred to leave everything open to listen to the natural sounds of the forest. There was a great bath tub on the outdoor deck which is enclosed with fly screens to keep the mosquitoes away and the side shutters can be closed for some privacy. The pool was a nice refresher during a warm day, it’s not heated but was still about 26c when we were there which is comfortable. The food here is amazing, we stayed 3 nights and ate there each evening with plenty of variety without overdoing it. Breakfast was fantastic and the coffee was awesome. Watching turtles swim in the pond and kingfishers and bats fly around nearby while you eat is something special. The staff were absolutely incredible. Every single one of them was friendly, knowledgeable and made the stay feel very personal. Great job all of you. The local area is beautiful and Cape Tribulation was a highlight. We’d love to come back one day and I’d highly recommend to others.
