The room smelled weird, the toilet was a little dirty, the phone was not working, there were hairs not from us between the sheets and the towels

Elevator was out, the floor in the room was not cleaned very well.
USThe front desk attendant was very nice and the lobby and breakfast area was clean and nice.
The bedding in one of the beds was not changed. There was hair on the sheets. The bathroom wasn’t clean. The sink area wasn’t clean and hair on the counter. The water from the sink was hot but the water for the shower was lukewarm to cold. You could tell the furniture hadn’t been dusted in awhile. The chair was very dirty and it was extremely hard accessing the doors with the key cards

They gave us a call and said that they over booked a couple of rooms and if we still wanted our room we had to come right away. Once we got there they had told us they only had king bed rooms left, and we had booked a 2 queen bed room, so we had to settle on the 1 bed. Don’t expect too much from the breakfast either but free breakfast is free breakfast.
