USWhen I checked in the guy at the front desk was very nice. I had to return to desk for another room. Once I was settled, I guess things went pretty good till morning.
I was tired n in extend pain upon arrival. Everything was going great. I started to change to my night clothes so I decided to check out the mattress first. I did notice it was pretty lumpy, but being a pillow top I looked over that. Then it happened. When I checked the cracks of the mattress I found evidence of bed bugs. So, I Immediately pot my clothes back on n went to front desk. The guy was very understanding. He asked if I wanted to try another room. Because of the way I was feeling I did. I went over it very carefully n everything looked fine. So it's a little hard to rate my stay. It started off awful but once I got past that I was able to sleep pretty good(with just a little worry). Bed was comfortably. The only other thing was the next morning I needed to iron something but there was no ironing board. Did it on the table which didn't turn out to good.
USThe lady at the front desk is very unprofessional she told me if I didn't like it to go stay somewhere else I did not like her service at all but the hotel and the state was excellent and the breakfast it's just the lady at that front desk she has been into it with several people and they would not let this lady go and she's running customers off

There were 3 places in the room that someone scratched, carved and wrote “pimp” on the wall.
