The property was clean and the hotel Clerks were very friendly and polite. Expedia overbooked my two bedroom suite so it wasnโ€™t available when I got ready to check in I was accommodated with two queen suites and I was able to use a meeting room to visit with family who was also staying at the hotel at no additional cost. I would definitely stay here again!! One thing I didnโ€™t like was the cloudy pool!!

Good breakfast, room was clean and comfortable

Elevator near our rooms was operating intermittently making us walk the full length of the hotel to get to the 2nd elevator then walk the full length again to get to our rooms and/or lobby. We are seniors traveling with a 92 year old mother and the elevator situation made this trip a terrible experience. I had requested 1st floor rooms but none were available so we accepted rooms not knowing we were near the problematic elevator. We were not told there were issues with this elevator. Communication was poor. No signs or messages indicating a problem. The elevator was out of service off and on for the entire 3 day stay.

The room was decent however when my friend partner and I tried to go to the pool it was over crowded and the pool was cloudy. Guest over stayed their time in the hot tub.
