Bed was comfortable. Reception staff did their best to accommodate room issues.

Room smelled funky. Light bulbs were out. Vaneer on counters and tables was cracked off. Staff admitted there were maintenance issues. Breakfast was terrible, coffee and oatmeal wattery. We've stayed at numerous Hampton Inns this was the worst.This property needs updating.

The staff was friendly

It’s old and my room had bugs on the ac unit, part of the overlay on the tv cabinet was broken off, and there was loose tiles in the bathroom near the shower.
