Kempinski Hotel The Dome Belek - All Inclusive

The customer service is outstanding and they make you feel really special. Moreover, the lady in red is great help. Also, the food is fantastic as in the detail is just as good as any other fancy restaurant.

Wo sollen wir nur anfangen...... Ein Märchen aus tausend und einer Nacht.... wunderschön und bezaubernd zugleich. Kempinski the Dome ein fünf Sterne Resort der extraklasse!!!!! Ich würde gerne auf ein paar der unten geschilderten Details eingehen: bezüglich Service: Der Service ist absolut nicht zu toppen. Wir sind schon viel gereist und waren so in einigen fünf Sterne Resorts jedoch Kempinski the Dome übertrifft jegliches. Freundlich, Zuvorkommend, Aufmerksam und Schnell... kein warten, kein das gibt es nicht... jeder Wunsch des Gastes wird erfüllt und falls dies nicht möglich ist werden alternativen angeboten... :-) Sehr großes Lob an den Studenten Muhammet, an Mehmet (Karayilan) und an Bulut, Cansu und Ahmet ihr seit besonders gewesen Service der superklasse einfach excellent aber auch ein großes Dankeschön an das andere Personal.... sowie am Empfang, die Reinigungskraft etc alles TOP !!! Sauberkeit: super saubere Zimmer und Anlage .. Handtücher wurden sogar zwei Mals täglich gewechselt. Pool, Strandliegen, Hygienekonzept auf das man sich bling verlassen. Die Anlage war wie ein Märchen hat einen Marrokanisch, Andalusischen Stil mit einem Hauch von Luxus. Das Essen sehr abwechslungsreich und extrem frisch und super super lecker. Vor allem das Essen im Beach Club wir haben den besten Fisch, Salate und Kalamares gegessen.. und da konnte das FOUR SEASONS auf den MALEDIVEN nicht einmal mithalten vor allem das Eis und das Dessert... göttlich... :)

Amazing experience. The hotel is not as large as some of the other hotels in the area so it is less crowded and more enjoyable. Service is excellent. Everyone working there has a great attitude and a smile. I would highly recommend.

Unfortunately the food was entirely disappointing, and that matters a lot when it's all inclusive. A very bland and uncreative buffet worthy of a three star hotel at best. The reception couldn't have been kinder, and the service was fine, but again, especially during low season when there isn't much to do except eat and relax, the food is hugely important. This was nowhere near what one would expect from a Kempinski.

Прекрасный небольшой - по сравнению - с другими. Мы отдыхали в ноябре здесь - это сезон гольфа - соответственно и публика была - гольфисты. Хороший персонал. Особая благодарность - Катерине- на ресепшн, всегда была готова помочь. В отеле не было детей и нам это понравилось. Анимация здесь отсутствует и летом. Кому нужно больше тишины - можно сюда

Хороший отель с интеллигентной публикой. Тихий и спокойный отдых для тех, кто устал от городской суеты. Отличная кухня и прекрасный персонал.

Sehr schöne und grosse Zimmer, sehr gute und bequeme Betten. Genügend Stauraum für Kleidung. Stauraum im Badezimmer

Nicht nur das Hoteldesign sondern auch die sehr gepflegte und variantenreiche Parkanlage machen den Ort zu einer Oase.

I liked nothing about this property. Expedia indicated one person a room while I stated 2 person a room. I had to pay extra 150 dollars per night per room. All inclusive didn’t mean all inclusive. If we wanted to eat in speciality restaurants we had to pay extra. Never seen anything like it. Food was terrible for a price we paid.
