Kempinski Hotel The Dome Belek - All Inclusive

Location was good, noisy hotel next door, staff spoke very little English.

Check in was really nice. Property is really great with pools, pier, wonderful views of ocean, very relaxing. All inclusive package is really nice, breakfast, lunch and dinners, were all great. Especially dinners were real nice by the pool in outdoor area. However, for young couples like ourselves, it was a little dead after 10. May be that was on purpose at Kempinski as they might be focused at giving relaxing and peaceful experience to their guests. However, we really would have enjoyed if there was some music or late night entertainment plan by the pool or pier as was being done in neighboring hotels. But again, that might not be preference of most of the guests staying at Kempinski. Overall, we enjoyed our stay of 6 nights at Kempinski, however, did not like that nice tables were being kept as "reserved" for a walk in buffet all inclusive settings. As I was asked one night to get up from a "reserved" table and later 3 more were told to me as "reserved" tables. I approached Mr. Ahmet Antepli (General Manager) who was there taking care of guests and shared his visiting card with me. He told me that some guests who are staying longer like 10 days are taken better care for table reservations. This did not make much sense to me, as I was also booked for total 9 nights (6+3). Later, I cancelled my 3 nights reservation and stayed for just 6 nights, as I personally did not like this discriminatory table "reservations" at dinner.

This hotel is beautiful, elegant and quiet. Itbis smaller than most Antalya properties and guests there value peace and tranquility that absence of animation provides. It is a place to relax without the noise and too many kids. If you want to party, this hotel is not for you.

Доброго времени суток. Отдыхали в конце июля с сыном. Все было идеально. Небольшой отель, очень уютно и красиво в целом. Питание разнообразное, во всяком случае есть из чего выбрать. Спортзал - хороший. В spa не ходили - не любим. Какие то процедуры входили в стоимость. Море как обычно - тёплое , чистое , прозрачное. Песок нормальный:) , поскольку народу не много , лежаков везде хватает. В общем , место куда хочется вернуться именно отдохнуть с учетом одной детали. Нам достался номер со смежной дверью с другим номером, скорее всего для большой семьи, может все номера такие , не уточняла ( там мужчина заехал было все слышно и запах духов и табака и все остальное...:) . Мы уехали через 2 дня было терпимо. В целом все хорошо. Спасибо персоналу !

Fantastic property and excellent facilities and freindly staff.

Unfortunately, left and right of the hotel, resort has live entertainment until about midnight every night. Property requires some upgrades, friendly service, Sea is not comparable to Bodrum oder Kemer..
