Kempinski Hotel The Dome Belek - All Inclusive

Nice hotel, great pool & surroundings. Food very good, found staff ok just a little dis interested, most didn't speak English very well and were not very attentive, quite surprised for a kempinski hotel OVerall pretty good spot though

Quit, clean and famous. No animators and perfect staff

The pool is awesome. The children play area is great and the children club is free with great staff. The rooms show signs of wear and tear but not too bad. The hotel staff are very friendly and fairly attentive. The only issue we had was that a few times we called for the mini-bar to be refreshed but they never came to do it. The food is great as well. Overall very good deal compared to club med if you are not too much into big hotels and lots of activities.

i personally would never go back to the Kempinski. I did my booking through hotels.com and paid for it! When i arrived at the hotel the man checking me almost recharged me for my booking. He told me i did not pay for my booking, when i did i had a receipt from hotels.com. After about 20minutes he said it was not updated on there service but they wont charge because i showed them hotels.com voucher. Once that was done they said that i had paid for one person, when i did pay a half board, with a sea face room. Eventually, after about 35minutes the hotel said that it was there mistake.I am highly angry about this it is so insulting. I feel so offended i would never return to that hotel again! Another upsetting thing was that while booking i stated i wanted a queen bed and the hotel wanted to give my wife and i two single beds. However, the food of the hotel was really nice, and it was such a beautiful resort with the most amazing facilities ever. Hamam, sauns, steam rooms are excellent and very clean. the gym is huge and has great equipment. However, if your holiday starts off badly how would you enjoy it? Please do check up on this as if this happens again it can be a bad name to hotels.com. I personally blaim the hotel and not hotels.com because i always use hotels.com and never have this problem. It was the hotel to blaim, i feel highly offended at the way i was treated.

The Kempinski was great, and the service was great. As we left, there was a little flooding in the bathroom sink, but otherwise we had a great time. Would enjoy visiting again for a longer period.

everything was perfect.....and the food more than delicios

It was a very relaxing and pleasant stay, from all aspects.

The hotel was great. Service was good, and staff were keen to help in any way they could. The food in the a la carte restaurant was good and not too badly priced for a hotel of this standard. The overall quality of the hotel was excellent, rooms were lovely and the bars and patio area were all what i would expect from a 5* hotel. The golf was also excellent, the courses being very well maintained and better than most courses in the UK, and there was a free shuttle from the hotel. Golf is not cheap, but the quality of the course more than made up for it.

The ambiance, decor and architure of the hotel is oustanding. They made our honeymoon exceptionally special with excellent attention to our happiness. The food part can be work on though chefs were creative but need to work on the taste of the food. I would reccomend this hotel any day. The management is great!
