Kempinski Hotel The Dome Belek - All Inclusive

The hotel itself was gorgeous, 5 star and very luxurious. The rooms were clean and well maintained and the cleaning staff were very helpful. The biggest issue with the hotel was that the service from the waiters at all meals was quite poor. We would often have to wait 20 mins for a drink or when asking for the bill. Overall I would say they were well understaffed for a 5 star hotel service.

First impression of the hotel was good. However, soon I realized that many things are not even near to what the hotel info has promised. To make it easy I will list them below: -air-conditioning in the hotel was not working properly or the management was intentionally putting it off. This is very unpleasant when the temperature outside is above 39C and humidity more than 80%. -air-condition in our room was not cooling enough, we had hard time to sleep at night. -The hotel has 9 restaurants listed, but NONE of them is open. Lunch is served at an open area between the pool and the beach. It gets so hot that you easily lose all your appetite. -staff speak Dutch, Russian and Turkish, but no English (except front desk reception). -Trying to get a sun bed at the pool was a mission impossible. Every morning we had to search for at least 30 min for someone to help us get place to seat (the pool has large sitting area, but for some reason most of the sun beds were removed, strange decision at the pick of the season). -We rented a beach tent for the day. The complimentary fruits and drinks were displayed on direct sun light hours before we arrived. Obviously, they have become uneatable. -The beach is full with small stones and rocks and the water was dirty (there were some sanitary napkins floating) -There is absolutely no activities in the hotel or nearby. -Taxis reap you off. -Shopping limited to brands imitations -No nightlife at all -No restaurants nearby

Kempinski Hotel The dome is the best hotel in the region. I have been going to belek for golfing for 5 years, at least. But this hotel is excellent. A part from the rest, service is very good, food as well. I recommend this hotel for everyone especially golfers. Additionally hotel has a great spa with thalasso. You feel like it is your own hotel, very strange. During my stay hotel was nearly full but I haven't witneesed a crowded place. Whereever you go, you feel special accordingly. It is amazing. But during nights, there is not many activity in the house. For sure there are close places you can go easily.At least during summer a disco can be activated. And its pool is really huge and beatiful. It makes you calm down, you can chill out on pavillions next to the pool. Whle you are leaving, you are getting upset!

A part from the all includive hotels in the area, Kempinski Hotel provided best service I have seen for years. I strictly recommend this hotel to eveyone who wants to be served in a good way. And has a very big and nice pool.It is the best pool I have ever seen. Gofl courses are beautiful,especially Sultan Course.
