Please note the property has 2 Labrador dogs, 4 cats which are vaccinated and have their grooming weekly. They are usually outdoors, never in the rooms. TAX LAW. Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee. Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. "Un’esperienza nell’esperienza."

Siamo rimasti senza parole per questa, purtroppo breve esperienza in questo fantastico alloggio che si può definire a tutti gli effetti come un’esperienza all’interno dell’esperienza. Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera con una fantastica vista direttamente a picco sull’oceano Pacifico. Le camere con le enormi finestre panoramiche, ti facevano sentire proprio sospeso sulle norme distesa d’acqua e molto ben progettato il bagno con una parete trasparente per potersi fare la doccia godendo di una vista mozzafiato. Valore aggiunto poi è stato poter fruire di una visita guidata nella zona della struttura adibita a casa-museo dell’artista che abbiamo anche avuto il piacere di incontrare di persona.

Die Lage ist genial, der Blick auf das Meer ist toll. Die Architektur ist auch sehr schön im Stil klassisch modern, das Zimmer war fantastisch! Ich hätte noch viel länger bleiben wollen.

Kleinigkeiten wie Steckdosen im Zimmer, Shampoo, Conditioner, Duschgel im Bad können verbessert werden.

"Home from home feel. Amazing place to stay"

The art work from the previous owner was outstanding. Location outstanding staff absolutely amazing and the breakfast was the best I have had on my 7 month travels. We genuinely felt sad to leave. Loved it!!

"We booked a room with small balcony and ocean view which was amazing. Great breakfasts and seating areas on the grounds"

Beautiful private oasis located at the end of a street with great restaurants. Incredible ocean views, neat artwork and very caring staff really do make you feel like you’re at home. Appreciated the bar and laundry service also.
