We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again! The host Yolanda went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed! She also made the best breakfasts and baked goods that paired well with the wines in the afternoon! A truly lovely experience! Highly recommend this place!❤️

Lovely inn. Very comfortable, quiet, well located, easy walk to State Street. The breakfast was delicious and staff very hospitable. We’ve stayed here before and will return. Perfect for couples.

We absolutely loved our stay here, specifically in Susan’s Loft! This room is on the third floor of the back house with super cute balcony and beautiful view. The room was clean upon arrival and had everything we needed for a quick weekend stay. There is also a small fridge in case you need it. The shower and bathroom are on the smaller side but we both managed fine. There is a living room in the front house where you can sit and relax, while enjoying the cookies/pastries/wine they serve in the evening. Breakfast was served on the back patio which was very clean and cozy! Overall the location was perfect for us! Close enough to everything we wanted to visit and explore but also away from any loud crowds if that’s not your vibe. Easy self check in/out process as well! Highly recommend for any solo travelers or couples!

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was decent. They had a nice wine and sweets hour, but it didn't feel like anyone was "hosting" us. The room was comfortable and quiet, though a bit on the smaller side for the price.

The breakfast was always sweet, no savory, because they weren't allowed to serve meat. Our room was right next to the outdoor breakfast space and was too close to the public areas to feel private. We've done many bnbs at this point in our lives, and had the pleasure of meeting the owners of every property we've stayed who had a ton of love and care for what they did. This property was overseen by a very friendly staff, but was missing that quaint, direct care and extra charm to take it to the level of excellence.

We were right at the top of the house up a couple of flights of narrow stairs, my husband is 76 with some slight mobility issues, so getting two huge suitcases to our room was ,shall we say challenging 😁

Breakfast was decent.

The bed was too close to the only window in the room.movement was restricted to make full use of the window for view and fresh ouside air.the tub in the bathroom was small but clean .not enough leg room between the toilet and the tub.the medicine cabinet too low above the toilet and hit my head on it.but bathroom was clean.the bedroom.

The Bath Street Inn is our favorite B & B to stay at in Santa Barbara! Comfortable accommodations, delicious full breakfast, evening baked goodies make this B & B worth checking out! This is our third stay and know we’ll be back! Yolanda spoils us with her goodies!

We stayed one night in the Balcony Room and had a lovely time! The space was quite small but we found it to be rather charming. Very comfortable bed with a nice little patio area overlooking the front yard onto the street. The hosts were very friendly and provided a great spread for breakfast in the morning. There were also cakes, snacks, and drinks set out throughout the whole stay that we were able to help ourselves to. The space was clean and the location was nice (easy parking too). Would stay here again!
