Centric, clean and friendly. Nos encantó hospedarnos en este hotel. Y por supuesto el aire acondicionado es a plus.

Bien, gracias :) Recomendaría ampliar los horarios del servicio de movilidad (ida y vuelta al aeropuerto).

I have stayed twice in this hotel within one week. The first time upon check in,the reception staff asked to pay more than the rate confirmed though booking.com, luckily the issue was solved and I have decided to return after few days. Upon return, one of the staff member blamed us to have stolen the hairdryer on the previous stay and when he found it, he did not even apologize. The hotel is nice and has a good location, it s just a shame that the staff is unprofessional and not welcoming.Need an intense hospitality training. What a pity!

Ubicación muy buena, muy cerca a la plaza de armas Internet muy malo, súper lento Las habitaciones no son anti ruido y la bula del colegio y los mototaxistas de la Av Huallaga no dejan descansar

No aceptaron dos horas más de check out en la habitación se entregó la habitación a las 12 am en punto

Quand on est dans la selva et qu’il fait chaud comme à Iquitos, on a juste besoin d’un hôtel comme celui-ci avec air conditionné pour pouvoir se reposer correctement... Hier soir, 34 degrés à 20.00 heures donc...

In a good location, but quite loud because of all the moto-taxis outside. Ask for a room not facing the busy street and it will be much better
