"A very welcoming hotel, in a great city! My wife and I really enjoyed our stay!"

The facilities and staff were excellent. Reception staff were great for organising taxis and providing information about buses etc. We ate in the hotel restaurant one night and the food was really good.

The busy main road on which the hotel is situated was initially a bit off-putting. But it was a short bus journey into the centre of Galway so really nothing to be concerned about in the end.

"One night stay for my wife and I"

The beds the room the location and most of the staff

One particular member of staff at breakfast attitude. There were no glasses out for the Duce I asked her for a glass and expected her response to be give me a min and i will fetch some. But her response was use a cup and walked away. This isn’t good enough.

"Great Stay"

We arrived early and the hotel kindly stored our bags for us. We were able to park below the hotel at no extra cost. SPAR was right around the corner when we needed a snack prior to rushing off to a tour. Staff was friendly.

We did have to wait several times at reception as there was no one attending the check in desk.

Location was perfect. Rooms were large and comfortable.

Breakfast was poorly stocked with very limited choice. Not vfm.
