Room was good and clean. Pre arrival communication was great.

Dinner - Very slow service. Appeared to be not enough serving staff on. Tough beef - Full of fat. Breakfast - Staff seemed disinterested. Fried eggs burnt. Gym - Not open until 9. Kind of pointless. Most people go early

Sehr sauber. Die Parkgarage ist im Preis inkludiert. Ca. 20 Gehminuten bis nach Galway. Trotz der Lage an der Hauptstraße ist es im Zimmer ruhig. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und vielfältig.

Leider gab es keine Toilettenbürsten, da sollte mal nachgerüstet werden.

Large, comfortable rooms, decent breakfast, free underground car parking.

A bit far from the town centre. Takes half an hour to walk in.

Ottimo il parcheggio auto dell'hotel, la struttura e i servizi. Personale cortese e disponibile.

Bagno da rimodernare. Colazione da arricchire soprattutto per chi non ama il salato...

Stayed two nights with friends. Location- I know Galway City well and usually stay in the Sandy Rd area when visiting. Its within easy reach of all main roads, avoids the traffic congestion in the town centre and is just 0.9 of a mile to the Spanish Arch. Bedrooms- Generally spacious with comfortable standard size double beds. Although clean, our rooms felt a bit jaded and in need of refurbishment. Breakfast - We had breakfast both days and it was poor. Limited hot food choices made worse by food not being replenished. Had to ask staff to bring food out from the kitchen. Not worth the €17pp charge. Too few staff to properly service breakfast and the few staff who working were extremely busy. All in all a decent hotel and would stay again if competitively priced.
