The hotel is in a central area, people were there to help me with luggage

There was no hot water when I arrived because nobody prepared the room. DO NOT book the "spa bath" room because it is not that, you can't even close it to bath in and it doesn't look like it is hygienic enough to sit in. The bathroom had spider webs, this room is on a very high floor with steep stairs and there is no wifi there. Initially I wanted a normal double room, booking.com "upgraded me" to the spa bath room. Eventually I spoke with the staff especially about not having wifi or warm water and I was moved to the normal double room which was much better.

Very friendly staff that helped us with any questions or directions. The hostel is located in the heart of Stone Town, sp perfect to explore the narrow streets of this Unesco World Heritage City.
