Very old facilities, bad smell, creaky bed, no soap in the shower, poor breakfast.

A total disaster! Sadly my experience was really bad. I was totally disappointed and dissatisfied. This is a place I would never go back nor recommend.

1. Pictures are deceiving. The real situation is pathetic. The building is old, rundown, dirty, neglected and hardly maintained. 2. Staff and especially ALI was so arrogant in his customer service. Juma had amazing customer relations. 3. One had to constantly remind staff to attend to guests, either by restocking tissues in toilets etc etc. 4. The towels and shared bathrooms were disgusting. 5. The soap in the bathroom is a joke. Carry your own soap, towel and bathroom slippers if you must stay in this place. 6. "Breakfast" in this case is limited in terms of options. It is only 3 slices of white bread, fried eggs and black tea/coffee (no flexibility to adjust). Try giving guests a simple coastal experience for example Mahamri, Mbaazi and maybe cardamon tea. 7. If you are looking for reliable WiFi, Bottoms up is not the place for you. Especially in the rooms on the top floor. There is no WiFi coverage on the last two floors. 8. It was honestly a disappointment and waste of money!

Breakfast on the rooftop was gorgeous - I could have sat there all day. Room was comfortable, bed was comfy. Location was great.

Breakfast was just OK.

The location was very close to the ocean and it was very peaceful to stay there. I loved the morning scenery at the top balcony and their general hospitality

I did not like the breakfast since it was served cold and did not meet my expectactions...
