Very central position in Stone Town with cafes and restaurants nearby. Very welcoming, kind and helpful staff. Very good price for a short stay with breakfast included.

Very steep staircases,not suitable in case you have suitcases. Water in private bathroom did not work for one day. Dirty mosquito net above bed that smelled strong cigarettes.

The distance from the sea is fair. The staffs are welcoming. The WiFi is fairly strong.

The bed weren't stable

This hotel is in a great location，in the center of stone town. And have AC in the room.

It's toooo old.Looks like the last century. There are no views in the room , and all the facilities are old.also it's not cheap during in peak season.

The location was central and well placed and the staff were great. We particularly liked the balcony area on top of the guesthouse which had great views. Very good value for money.

The place is a little run down and small fixes would make it feel nicer. The breakfast was very basic, but at the price this was probably to be expected.
