Super Lage, Parkhaus direkt am Hotel mit Verbindungstür, außergewöhnlich freundliches Personal , 3 Bett Zimmer komfortabel gross und super eingerichtet. Restaurant zum Mittagstisch nicht überteuert und sehr schmackhaft! Direkter Blick vom Bett auf den Michel.

Bei den hohen Temperaturen hat die Klimaanlage es nicht geschafft den Schlafraum abzukühlen.

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld, der herzliche Empfang, der wohltuende Umgang des Service-Teams beim Frühstück und bei den Abendmahlzeiten sind mir ein Bedürfnis als besonders hervorzuheben. Dadurch wurde unser Aufenthalt im THE MADISON Hotel Hamburg für uns ein tolles Erlebnis.

Zimmergroesse u modernitaet Service im Restaurant Service an der Rezeption

Leider hat die lüftung weiter geraeusche grmacht obwohl klima abgestellt wurde - unangenehm zu schlafen da ich sehr geraeuschempfindlich bin
