Amazing property very amazing. Breakfast included in our room rate. Beautiful hotel very large suite overall very happy.

Check-in time is 3 PM. We got there early and they could not or would not accommodate us then at about 330. I went to the desk and asked to see the manager and very quickly. They said well we’ll just move you to a new room which turned out to be perfect.

Top Lage, alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Ruhiges Viertel (Quartier). Zimmer 330 bietet viel Platz. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Gerichte des Restaurants lassen sich per Zimmerservice auf's Zimmer bestellen. Beim ersten Mal hat es ca. 15 Minuten gedauert, beim zweiten Mal ca. 40 Minuten. Sehr nettes Empfangs- und Servicepersonal. Reichlich Garagenstellplätze für 26 Eur / 24h vorhanden, leider ohne Ladestationen, allerdings muss man dazu sagen, dass die Garage nicht vom Hotel betrieben wird. Vor dem Hotel sind bereits 2 Ladeplätze für E-Autos installiert und werden bald in Betrieb genommen. Ich habe 100m vom Hotel entfernt über Nacht an einer 22 KW Wallbox geladen.

Die Matratzen der Betten (Zi 330) sind für unseren Geschmack etwas zu weich. Auch das rote Sofa im Wohnbereich ist zu weich. Über dem Zimmer 330 scheint sich ein Spa zu befinden, das ab und zu für ca. 1 Stunde starken Lärm (poltern) verursacht. Trotz Reklamation ging der Lärm noch 40 Minuten weiter. Nur diese 1 Stunde hat hat unseren 3-tägigen Aufenthalt etwas getrübt. Ich habe meinen sehr kranken und betagten Eltern den Aufenthalt in HH geschenkt und habe mir das Hotel von einer in Hamburg wohnhaften ehemaligen Studienkollegin empfehlen lassen.

Angenehme Größe, Badausstattung super. Betten sehr breit und angenehm Lage: sehr günstig zu S-Bahn und Speicherstadt Frühstück: große Auswahl , reichliches Angebot- sehr vielfältig
