I’ve been staying there off and on since April 2025. Now you must pay 100$ cash deposit. Sadly I did not have it

"incompetent front desk and questionable housekeeping"

there were a couple of nice ladies at the front desk when I checked in

the room was filthy, there was only 1 bath towel 1 wash cloth. I had to check out 1 day early (Booked and paid for 5 days), contacted the same 2 ladies on the morning of the 28th to tell them I was going to have to check out a day earlier due to the weather that was moving in (snow) they told me no problem and would leave a note and my cash with the front desk for the 1 day. when I came in at approx 430 am to check out the young man at the desk wasn't going to give me my cash refund, he suggested I leave my phone number??? finally after his broken english stammering which was hard to understand, he called his boss I presume, and did finally give me my refund. took way longer then it should have..

Sign said “comfy beds” Guess depends on person. I woke with stiff sore back.
