Proximity to our family. Pet friendly.

Bugs in room. Fire/smoke alarm ripped out of the wall. Had to get a trash bag from front desk for dirty laundry as they do not have the plastic laundry bags in the room. No breakfast really. I understand continental free breakfast but this was nothing like any other place we’ve stayed. The milk and juice come out of the original gallon containers in a fridge. Waffles and cereal only options. Just sub par compared to other properties offering free continental breakfast. Booking explained $10/day pet fee. They charged me $15/day and said 3rd party booking doesn’t know.

The staff here is what stands out! The check in lady is a shiny example of what customer service is supposed to look like! She made a stop over stay turn into a definite return stay!
