Hotel is old and worn down

The hotel room was not like the the property pictured on your site. The rooms are old and smelly. There are holes in the walls. I attached pictures. One was a dead roach under the covers on the bed. I also saw a live roach crawl out the dresser. The other picture is what the bottom of the mattress looks like. The phone in the room did not work nor the fridge. Move to another room and it smelled also. Did not stay the night and asked for a refund. They refused. Please Hotels. Com not sending people here. The hotel is nasty and the health department should be called because they service breakfast with roaches in their roomss

It did have hot water and decent bed.

Charged card more than was stated on booking.com by more than 100 dollars. The pool and hot tub area are now closed. Grass was 3ft . No coffee no breakfast. Been years since my last stay and went way down hill. Use to be a decent place now I wouldn't recommend it.

The staff was pretty good prompt and attentive. I did find it odd i had to put a deposit down even though it was paid online. This was the first time.for me. This hotel has potential but will not succeed unless the owners invest in deep.cleaning and bedding upgrades. It felt.like an 80s model.spring.mattress. carpets needs cleaning and thier maintenance staff is not.good all the toilet rocked side to side simple.fix. and alot of the equipment i seen was outdated. The coffee machine tasted like burnt coffee from last week. I hope they choose to update this property.

The room was unfit to sleep in. Trash and cigarette butts in room trash can still. There was dog hair all over carpet from prior. Bed cover was dirty and stained.

Good value...I would have liked a healthier breakfast.. just cold cereal and toast . Clean..no lingering tobacco or marijuana stench. Very comfortable room.

Basic. Decent place to lay your head down.

The room carpet was dirty and stained. The couch looked like it was in a frat house for 10 years. Their complimentary breakfast was toast or corn flakes. The pool was empty and they said it hasn’t been in use for awhile, even though they list it and have pictures of it on their website. The grounds was less desired. Certainly not a “Ramada Hotel” standard in all aspects. I would have changed hotels but I had enough going on since I was in Bettendorf for my fathers passing.

It was cheap, so that was a plus. The property is pretty run down; there were like 8 cameras at the front desk. The sign off list to check in included odd rules, like "if you are in the room for 5 minutes, we will charge you for a night" and a $5 charge for room keys not being turned in. Overall, it was pretty run down, and we did feel like we needed to check for bedbugs (no evidence of them!).
