Ramada by Wyndham Bettendorf

Just very run down. Musty smell. Broken bathroom fixtures. Needs a paint job

Wonderful room 6th floor facing the river. Helpful nice staff. Disappointed in Tony Roma restaurant staff! We recommit hotel but not restaurant

I showed up to the hotel and I was informed the room I booked was double booked and I would not be able to stay in that room. (It happens I get that.) I was informed that my reservation would be canceled and no charges would be made. I was given different hotels to try and I ended up finding a different one and relocating to a different hotel. The next day a charge was attempted on my card by the Ramada Hotel, despite being told that my reservation was canceled due to the overbooking of the room.

Bed bugs, lied to about having a pool, paid extra for a jacuzzi room to then be told the jacuzzi didn’t work. Tried for two hours to cancel and both booking.com and the hotel refused.

Carpet in room had sticky stuff in it and there were stains on the bedding. The fridge and AC unit were noisy and there was no water in the pool and the breakfast was super minimal. Not as advertised.

We arrived at the hotel after picking up my grandmothers ashes from the funeral home. We drove 5 hours to get there. When I arrived at the hotel no one was at the desk, I called the hotel line and the manager answered and said she would be down. I was given one key card for room 236. I went in the room to get settled when I noticed a something on the bed by the window. I turned on the lights and that’s when I confirmed that bed had a 4 inch stain that look like bodily fluids and the 2nd bed had two smaller stains, the refrigerator was not clean and the shower was dirty. I showed the pictures to the manager Ricva and she stated “What do you want me to do about it?” Ricva did not offer to clean the room or no apologies just that I needed to cancel my reservation with Priceline. I told she needed to cancel as I did want to be charged the cancellation fee. She assured me they would call and she would tell them it was the hotels fault they couldn’t accommodate us. The manager did not an they called and they didn’t respond to the email they sent and I was charged the cancellation fee and had no room for me and mother. The other hotels in the area were booked. We ended up staying at a family friend’s house.

Location was good

The breakfast was cold cereal and bread! Then they ran out of bowls. This was the worst hotel I've ever seen dirty windows, broken doors, breakfast was horrible. I couldn't wait to leave.

Breakfast 7-9. Got there at 8 all gone
