Love the lobby and the room: spacious, well decorated. Most staff are very friendly.

No vending machine!

Great location, the bed is very comfortable and all the staff are very helpful and approachable. Particularly concierge services helped me a lot (received the post for me before I arrived and ordered the taxi for cash payment since they worried I didn't have Alipay.) This will be my priority choice when I stay in Beijing again.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, The concierge staff helped us call transportation several times, the Restaurant staff was excellent and eager to serve, not to mention very friendly and personable. We ate breakfast often(almost every day) in the Heavenly Jin restaurant at the top of the hotel and it was so relaxing and enjoyable. Probably one of our favorite aspects of that trip. Well done. I hope we can go back there.

I had 3 days stay in this hotel for a business trip. It's something between 4 and 5 star hotel. At first day I had a problem with air conditioner and the room temperature was cold so I asked them to change my room. Hopefully there was no problem and they changed the room with better temperature. The rooms at the south side of the hotel has a great view of the Beijing. Breakfast had good variety but some normal international items such a as cheese were missing and mostly you can find different kind of Chinese food in the breakfast. There was also pool which I didn't have time to try it. Room was clean, well equiped, bath tube with great view. Comfortable bed. During my stay, the price wasn't bad but now price is not really reasonable.

Location is good in Beijing

Room with very smelly from cigarettes. Poor room cleaning always forgot to fill in stuff and others. Poor breakfast. Everyday the same and mostly fast food. No worth 5 star as too expensive with no value added.

A lot of the restaurants were closed, I spent a long time trying to get up to the 29th floor but there were no signs telling me it was closed.
