The Kunlun Beijing Jin Jiang Radisson

I stayed here before and it was a very lovely stay, they have such a nice touch Chinese room design, a old space, very comfortable bed, very friend staff. They have a many Restaurants and I recommend to have your afternoon tea at the most warm garden coffee restaurant and you will enjoy .. you must to try it and you will have a good peace feeling . Very good location with many shops around .

The rooms very very hot and stuffy - overheated, so I had to use AC in Feb. The internet was dicey at best, really not reliable. It was bad because I was traveling for work. The breakfast was really good, but no fresh juice (a shame for a USD 200/night hotel). The cafe served cappuccinos for 10+ USD! I don't think I have ever had a more expensive cappuccino in my life. Really not worth it. There are other hotels in Beijing that cost USD 100/night that have comparable or much better services.

We had a great stay even if Service could be improved as mainly Chinese customers and not used to communicate in English. Situation within financial district is very convenient for Business purposes. Breathtaking views. From our bedroom with bath next to panoramic window. Very typical Chinese breakfast buffet + continental breakfast Nevertheless not always reliable for getting a taxi. Not very constructive to let us use the fitness center showers before our late evening flight. Customer focus could be improved.

My holidays here was incredibly impressive and the service is on 5 stars! Kristina helped me a lot to feel super comfy here and showed me all the benefits of exclusive service in this beautiful hotel and this wonderful city! thank you!

My parents recently stayed at the Kunlun while we were there also visiting family. This is stilla great hotel and the restaurants are particularly stunning! It was sad to see (somewhat) that the hotel had been completely remodeled to be more modern. The last time I had been to the hotel was probably in 2003 and it still had its old-school charm then. Rooms were large and spacious, staff were helpful and very accommodating and it was a very pleasant experience all around. The location is fantastic and good to see that one of the original (and in fact this hotel was the first ever Chinese branded and owned hotel awarded 5 stars if I am not mistaken) mainstays of the hotel scene has remained relevant.

I passed by The Kunlun Beijing but didn't stay there when traveled to Beijing six years ago. From outside view, this building looks special, or I may say wired because of its old-fashioned architectural style. This year, I finally entered into the hotel, I have to say I was impressed by its internal design and service. Every staff is polite and willing to provide assistance. Not like the building outside, room is clean and new. Really value for money.

1. Location is OK, nearby No. 10 subway station. 2. Price is not matching with room quality. Very tinny room, old and outdated. Bathroom also very small. 3. Room service maintaining very high standard. 4. Selection of Buffet breakfast is not up to international standard.

Super rooms, very clean and comfortable, quiet and with amazing view! The food at the hotel restaurant was amazing, great breakfast, both chinese and western cuisine and very kind people! I suggest it!
