"The unit we stayed in was very small. Hard to move around in, but the bed was comfortable."

The employees were great. The parking and the breakfast was good.

The air conditioner was very loud and too high to reach. The room was very small. The bathroom tub needs to be upgraded. The paint was worn off of the tub, and it did not drain well. It definitely needs replacing. The water was difficult to adjust.

Loved the location since it was close to Leavenworth Village and loved the continental breakfast. We also sat outside on the 3rd floor, where we were staying and enjoyed the large outdoor area. Nice to have elevators and the all staff was very pleasant.

The view from the room was looking at the back of the hotel and saw the old run down homes - not so pleasant. Our comforters most likely were not cleaned prior as I saw some blood on mine and avoided using it. The bathrooms could use some refreshing, cracks in the floor, dirty bathtub and just not very pleasant.

Great breakfast. Location was perfect for being within walking distance of getting around the town. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff had lots of good information.
