Right off the highway exit, quiet no sketchy people hanging around outside.

There was nothing but facial soap I brought my own to shower but some type of bath soap or gel would be nice.

The rooms need updating and they need to be thoroughly cleaned. We found a bug on the wall and a spider in the bathtub. The check-in process was not very pleasant. You had to knock on a locked door for them to answer, and the staff members were not that welcoming. There is no hairdryer in the rooms, so you had to go to the front desk area and ring the bell in order for them to give you a hairdryer to use. It certainly was not worth the price that you paid for the room. We were so disappointed.

Clean room you could actually smell the clean. Floors were clean too. Hot water in shower. Great customer service. Would definitely stay again. This was our 2nd time.

I didn’t like this property. I paid online and then was told I needed a cash deposit and I wasn’t told this when I initially paid for the hotel. I don’t carry cash so I asked for a refund and was told to go through booking. Then booking tells me the hotel won’t refund me.
