"Cosy quiet and had everything you needed"

The staff were all so lovely and friendly and there was everything you needed. The room was cosy and warm when we went in and there was no noise from traffic or anything

Shame the restaurant wasn't open but the bar was.

Location good, EV charging points, tea/coffee,

Received email the morning going to hotel to say kitchen closed due to refurbishment, cold breakfast only, mattresses were to soft, draught from front door, tv only had radio channels, plug sockets difficult to access, this hotel can be a great little place but really needs alot of improving, bathroom will be better as a wet room,

Nothing was good

Room was cold and dirty, there was no heating on when I arrived, no hot water, so I could not take bath or shower, breakfast was so so
