The bed wasn’t too bad

The location of the property was awful, just surrounded by warehouses, the bath still had hair in when we got there, the water pressure was shocking and the tv didn’t even work and could hardly see it, cannot believe I was charged £50 a night to stay there

The pillows were very hard and zero percent comfort

The hotel was in the prefect location for me as working in the unit next door. It is close to shops and pubs which are 5 minutes in the car or 15 minutes walking. There was a bath in the room as well as a shower. The towels were changed daily and the also the complimentary drinks.

When you turned on the taps they only operated the shower not to have a bath. Could do with a table either side of the bed as if you slept on the right hand side there was no where to put your phone.

I want to speak to the manager my name is Haroon Masud And my booking was on the 18th to 19th of this month. I stayed and I have received bed bugs all over my back. The gp said it has spread rapidly. Also there was no iron and the room was freezing.

Ideal location and managed to get my EV charged. Pull out bed was available without a special request. Could pull the car right up to the room, so great for carrying our stuff

Basic facilities but good for the money. Rooms open to the outdoors but it warmed up fairly quickly

I was pleasantly surprised about the quality and standard of the accommodation for the price I paid.

No full breakfast was informed at last minute kitchen was closed to late to book some where else. Room's was cold even with the heating on. It was very noisy all day and night..the bathroom fan was going day& night Continental breakfast was stale and not edible.
