It is what it is, basic but alright. For the price you can’t beat it

We just needed somewhere to stay close to Sheffield. The place is very basic but perfect for our needs.

We booked 2 rooms at the same time but the rooms were rather spread out from each other.

Getting a parking ticket parked on what I thought was their parking

What a wonderful little find. Huge bed, double room. Spotlessly clean. Staff very friendly, polite and courteous. From reception to house keepers. A slight problem when leaving the room. The upstairs room guests seemed to not use their bathroom safely, resulting in a water ingress in our room. Staff notified and promptly and safely dealt with this. A great easy access from motorway network. Very quiet at night. Would definitely say cheap and cheerful and it will only improve further when all alterations are complete. Don't discount this place. Ample free carpark, vehicles to be registered at reception. Free WiFi in all areas, and hood strength. Wall mounted flat screen tv. Good coffee and tea selection and biscuits too. Really satisfied with our greatly priced room.

The bed was the rock. and looks like it was made from scrap wood from the Victorian age!! And was uneven. Can feel every spring!! Now back is sore and walking like I have spinabithata Very small and dingy Sticky floors, cobwebs everywhere where, TV pointing to the ceiling, wonky pictures, radiator stupidly hot . Only one curtain that don't even cover the window. And smelly. Poor location on an industrial estate Last time I saw something like this was on a horror movie Zero stars out of ten your better getting a tent
